Headaches Common in Children
More than 10 million American children between ages 5 and 17 -- or 20 percent of all young people -- experience chronic headaches, according to the National Headache Foundation. Children with tension-type headaches and migraines usually can benefit from non-drug treatments, such as biofeedback.
