If you're trying to lose weight and are invited to dinner, you'll probably want to pass up after-dinner sweets. To avoid having your host try to entice you with a luscious dessert, nutrition experts suggest that you offer this excuse: "Dinner was delicious. I enjoyed it so much, I don't have room for another bite."
