Burning the Midnight Oil
If it's bedtime and you have one last task to get done, it's better to stay up and finish it than get up early to tackle the chore. According to researchers at Stanford University Medical Center, missing sleep in the morning has a greater impact on your functioning capabilities that day than staying up late the night before.
