Traveling While Pregnant

If you're planning to travel while pregnant, be sure to get your health care provider's OK before you leave. When traveling, you should bring along a copy of your medical history, as well as the name of a local obstetrician where you are going, enough prenatal vitamins to get you through the trip and comfortable shoes in case your feet swell.
