This clinical trial will evaluate a study drug in people with atherosclerotic disease. To qualify, you must be at least 18 and have a history of atherosclerosis involving the coronary, cerebral, or peripheral vascular systems.

Epilepsy
This study will evaluate lacosamide monotherapy in people with partial-onset seizures who have stopped using one or two marketed antiepileptic drugs. Candidates must be diagnosed with epilepsy with simple partial seizures (motor component) and/or complex partial seizures, and must be experiencing two to 40 seizures per 28-day period.
